MONDAY – March 07 (Day 1): Departure   

Depart for your overnight flight to the Holy Land.  Meals will be served on board

TUESDAY – March 08 (Day 2): Arrival Tel Aviv – Transfer to Tiberias  

Meet your guide at the Airport, Drive to your Hotel in Tiberias for dinner and Overnight.

WEDNESDAY – March 09 (Day 3): Caesarea – Mt. Carmel – Meggido - Magdala

Start the day with a visit to Caesarea Maritima (included) where we will visit the magnificent city with Roman, Byzantine, and Crusader ruins. Continue to visit Mount Carmel (included). Continue to visit Meggido (included) and explore the Tel that goes back in history to 4000 BC, looking at ruins from the times of King Solomon and King Ahab. Overlooking the Armageddon Valley, we will also discuss the reasons why we believe this will be the setting for the final battle between good and evil mentioned in Revelation 16:16. Back to our hotel in Tiberias for dinner and overnight

THURSDAY – March 10 (Day 4): Sea of GalileeBanias

Start the day with a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee (included). Then we continue to visit the Jesus Boat Museum (included) to visit a 2000 years old boat since time of Jesus. After that we continue to visit Capernaum (included) where we visit the Remains of an old house. We continue to visit Mt. Beatitudes on the Sea of Galilee. Then we will visit Magdala (included). End of the day will be visiting Banias (included) the Site of Peter’s Confession. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias

FRIDAY – March 11 (Day 5): Cana – Nazareth Village – Jericho – Jerusalem

Check out of our hotel in Galilee and head south towards Jerusalem. Stop at Cana of Galilee, then Nazareth and Nazareth village (entrance included). Drive through the Jordan valley, visit the baptismal site on the Jordan River, visit Jericho (entrance to Tel Jericho included), and drive up to the Holy city of Jerusalem and panoramic view over the Jerusalem from Mount Scopus, and a visit to the Wailing Wall Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem.

SATURDAY – March 12 (Day 6): Mt. OlivesShepherd’s FieldBethlehem

Start the day with a visit to the Mt. Olives, where will stop for a panoramic view over Jerusalem where our guide will point the most important sites in Jerusalem. Continue to visit Herodian (entrance included), Herod’s summer palace and his burial place. Visit Bethlehem and the Church of the Nativity built over the Birthplace of Jesus. End of the day will be visiting the Shepherd’s Field where the Shepherd’s saw the star of the nativity. Dinner and overnight in Behtlehem.

SUNDAY – March 13 (Day 7): Masada  Qumran Dead Sea

Full Day Tour in the Dead Sea area, we will visit Masada (entrance & cable car included), the fortress built by King Herod the Great and made famous by the Zealots in 73/74 AD with the stand- off against the Romans. We visit the fortress and see the ruins that are considered a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. Then we continue to visit Qumran (entrance included) where the Dead Sea Scrolls where found and Swim in the Dead Sea, Elisha Spring and view Mount Temptation Monastery (from the distance). Drive the Jordan Valley dinner and Overnight in Bethlehem

MONDAY – March 14 (Day 8): Temple Mount – St. Anne – Davidson Centre – Mt. Zion – Israel Museum  

Visit Temple Mount where the Temple of Jerusalem stood. Then we will visit St. Anne & Pool of Bethesda (included) where Jesus healed the paralytic. Then we will visit Davidson Centre (included). Mount Zion and the upper room. On to David’s Tomb. In the afternoon Israel Museum (entrance included) where the Dead Sea Scrolls are kept and Yad Vashem the Holocaust Museum. Sunday night Church service at King of Kings, Dinner and overnight in your hotel in Bethlehem 

TUESDAY – March 15 (Day 9): Garden of Gethsemane – St. Peter in Galicantu – Garden Tomb 

Star the day with private prayer at Gethsemane Garden. On to Caiaphas Palace (entrance included) where Peter denied Jesus Three times, continue to visit Ecce Homo, biblical Gabbatha (entrance included). Follow Stations of the Cross to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, walk through different quarters of Jerusalem and then the Garden Tomb. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem

WEDNESDAY – March 16 (Day 10): City of David – Hezekiah’s Tunnel – Farewell Dinner

This morning, we will start our day with a visit to City of David and Walk the Hezekiah’s Tunnels (included). Continue to visit Pool of Siloam. Free afternoon for personal reflexion. Tonight, we enjoy a farewell dinner in a local restaurant in Bethlehem (included). Back to Hotel in Bethlehem for overnight

THURSDAY– March 17 (Day 11): Departure

Depart for the airport for your return flight home.  We will arrive back in the USA the same day.  Or take the optional extension to Jordan.

March 17 – 20, 2022

Thursday – March 17 (Day 11):   Allenby Bridge – Jordan – Machaerus – Madaba – Mt. Nebo – Petra

This morning we will depart Israel for Jordan via the Allenby Bridge where we will meet our agent to assist us through security and customs. We will start our day with a visit to Machaerus (included) which is a fortified hilltop palace. We will head to Madaba the city of Mosaics to see the wonderfully vivid 6th century. We will then travel to Mt. Nebo (included) to view the Holy Land from where mosses stood a breathtaking view across the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea to the Mt. of Olives and the roof tops of Jerusalem.  Afterwards, we will head south Petra, the “Rose Red City” for dinner and overnight. 

FRIDAY – March 18 (Day 12):   Full day Petra – Amman

After breakfast we will visit the Site of Petra (included) 2000 years old Nabatean (ancient Arab) city that was highlighted in the movie “Indian Jones and the Last Crusader”. We will walk through the narrow passageway (Called the “Siq”) up to the treasury a massive royal tomb carved out of solid rock. If time Permits, we will visit the Traditional Tomb of Aron (Moses brother). Afternoon we have a transfer to Amman for dinner and overnight.

SATURDAY – March 19 (Day 13):   Jerash – Bethany – Amman

We start our trip in Jordan with a visit to Jerash. One of world’s best-preserved examples of Roman provincial city thought to have a population of 20,000 people. It was one of the wealthiest cities of the Roman Empire. On to visit Bethany beyond Jordan (included) where John the Baptist traditionally is thought to have baptized Jesus. Dinner and overnight in Amman

SUNDAY – March 20 (Day 14):   Departure Amman 

Depart for the airport for our flight home.  We will arrive back in the USA the same day.
