MONDAY – (Day 1):  Departure

Depart for your overnight flight to the Holy Land. Meals will be served on board.

TUESDAY – (Day 2):  Arrive in Tel Aviv – Transfer to Tiberias.

Meet your guide at the Airport. Drive to your hotel in Tiberias for dinner and overnight.

WEDNESDAY – (Day 3): Caesarea – Mt. Carmel – Megiddo - Magdala

Start the day with a visit to Caesarea Maritima where we will visit the magnificent city with Roman, Byzantine, and Crusader ruins. Continue on to Mount Carmel. Explore Meggido and the Tel that goes back in history to 4000 B.C., looking at ruins from the times of King Solomon and King Ahab. Overlooking the Armageddon Valley (the setting for the final battle between good and evil mentioned in Revelation 16:16). Back to our hotel in Tiberias for dinner and overnight.

THURSDAY – (Day 4): Sea of GalileeBanias

Start the day with a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Continue on to the Jesus Boat Museum to see a 2000 year old boat from the time of Jesus. After that, head to Capernaum where we visit the remains of an old house. Enjoy some quiet time on the Mount of Beatitudes near the Sea of Galilee. At the end of the day, we will be visiting Magdala and Banias, the Site of Peter’s Confession. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias.

FRIDAY – (Day 5): Cana- Nazareth Village – Jacob’s Well - Jericho – Jerusalem

We check out of our hotel in Galilee and head south towards Jerusalem. Along the way, stop at Cana of Galilee, Nazareth and Nazareth village. As we drive through the Jordan valley, we will stop in Beit She’an and then continue south to the baptismal site on the Jordan River and the city of Jericho. We then drive up to the Holy City of Jerusalem and enjoy the panoramic view from Mount Scopus. We end the day with a visit to the Wailing Wall. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem.

 SATURDAY – (Day 6): Mt. of Olives – Shepherd's FieldBethlehem

Start the day with a visit to the Mount of Olives. We will stop for another panoramic view over Jerusalem where our guide will point out the most important historical sites. Continue on to visit Herodian, Herod’s summer palace and burial place. Visit Bethlehem and the Church of the Nativity built over the Birthplace of Jesus. At the end of the day will be visiting the Shepherd’s Field where the shepherd’s were visited by innumerable angels. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem.

SUNDAY – (Day 7): MasadaQumran Dead Sea

Full Day Tour in the Dead Sea area: Ascend via tram to the heights of Masada, the fortress built by King Herod the Great and made famous by the Zealots in 73/74 AD with the stand-off against the Romans. Visit Herod’s fortress and see the ruins that are considered a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. We then make stops at En Gedi, Qumran (where the Dead Sea Scrolls where found) and swim in the Dead Sea. View Elisha’s Spring and Mount Temptation Monastery (from a distance). Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem.

MONDAY – (Day 8): Temple Mount – St. Anne – Davidson Centre – Mt Zion – Israel Museum

Visit the Temple Mount where the Temple of Jerusalem once stood. Then visit St. Anne’s Church and the Pool of Bethesda where Jesus healed the paralytic. Get a real taste of Israel’s history as we visit the Davidson Centre, Mount Zion and the upper room. In the afternoon, we will head to the Israel Museum where the Dead Sea Scrolls are kept. Dinner and overnight in your hotel in Bethlehem.

TUESDAY – (Day 9): Garden of Gethsemane - St. Peter in Galicantu - Garden Tomb

Start the day with private prayer at the Garden of Gethsemane. On to Caiaphas’ Palace where Peter denied Jesus three times, and Ecce Homo, where Pilate presented Jesus to the crowds. Follow the Stations of the Cross to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Walk through the different quarters of Jerusalem. Rejoice in the resurrection of Jesus as we visit the Garden Tomb. Tour the Western Wall tunnels (time permitting). Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem.

WEDNESDAY – (Day 10): City of David – Hezekiah’s Tunnel – Farewell Dinner

Start your day with a visit to the City of David and walk through Hezekiah’s Tunnels. Then visit the Pool of Siloam. During the free afternoon, we will have the opportunity to revisit the Old City to browse the bazaars and make any last minute purchases. Enjoy a farewell dinner in a local restaurant in Bethlehem. Back to the hotel in Bethlehem for overnight.

THURSDAY – (Day 11): Departure

We will arrive back in the USA the same day.
